Sessions cost US$45 for individuals not registered as therapists in the U.S. or Canada, and US$98 for those who are licensed therapists in the U.S. or Canada.
Absolutely. We use strong encryption and comply with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA) to make sure your data is always secure and never shared without your consent.

Yes. When browsing therapists, you can use filters to select based on language, cultural background, gender, and more.
You can book a session as early as 6 hours from now. Start the process today, and you could be speaking with a therapist the very same day.
If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you’re eligible for a full refund or a new session. For changes made less than 24 hours before your session, the fee is nonrefundable.
