3. Medical Disclaimer
Behravan provides mental health services through licensed professionals. However, we are not an emergency or crisis response platform. If you are in danger or facing a crisis, call 911 or your local emergency number.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not transfer your account to anyone else.
5. Therapist-Client Relationship
Your relationship with a therapist through Behravan is confidential and bound by professional ethics and privacy laws. When you switch therapists, your previous therapist loses access to your data, and your new therapist gains access only with your consent.
6. Fees and Payment
You agree to pay any applicable fees as outlined at the time of booking. Payments are securely processed via third-party providers. Refund policies, if applicable, are described in your user agreement or service confirmation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, text, graphics, icons, and software—is the property of Behravan or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material from the site without written permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Misrepresent your identity or provide false information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
Upload malicious code, viruses, or spam
Infringe upon any intellectual property or privacy rights
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at support@behravan.ai.

Behravan is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services provided. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
